Executive Board Members

	Nancy Butterfield, Chair Nancy Butterfield, retired RN and Director of Clinical Services with VNS, she joined the Board in 2004, and was elected Chair in 2007. Nancy resides in Trumbull, CT with her husband and is a communicant of Trinity Baptist Church in Fairfield.
	J. Ray Adams, Immediate Past Chair J. Ray Adams, Retired Vice President Human Relations at Exxon, Houston, TX. For many years has been a member at Trinity Baptist Church in Fairfield, CT. He became a member of the Elim Park Board of Directors in 1998. He currently resides in Bogart, GA.
	Derek Mogck, Vice Chair Derek Mogck, from Simsbury, CT, is an attorney with Shipman and Goodwin in Hartford. He joined the Board in 2005, and was elected Vice Chair in 2007. He and his wife belong to Valley Community Baptist Church in Avon.
	Terrence Brennan, Treasurer Terry Brennan, of Rocky Hill, is the Chief Financial Officer for Applied Spine Technologies, Inc. in New Haven. He joined the Board in 2003, and was elected Treasurer in 2007.
	Ronald Larson, Secretary Ron Larson, of Canton, is the Director of Strategic Plan and Missions for the Northeast Baptist Conference in Marlborough, MA. He joined the Board and was elected Secretary in 2007.

	Richard Ainsworth, Pastor Wintonbury Baptist Church Rich Ainsworth, of Bloomfield, is the Pastor-Teacher of Wintonbury Baptist Church of Bloomfield. Rich is a graduate of Gordon College and Dallas Theological Seminary. He joined the Board in 2003.
	William Austin, Project Manager Robinson Construction William Austin, of Wallingford, was the Project Manager for Robinson Construction, as well as a self employed Landscape Architect. He joined the Board in 2002.
	Paul de Lacy, IT Finance Controller CIGNA Paul de Lacy, of Avon, is the IT Finance Controller at CIGNA. He joined the Board in 2007. He and his wife are members of Valley Community Baptist Church.
	Paul Hubley, Executive Minister Northeast Baptist Conference Paul Hubley, of Framingham, MA, has served as Executive Minister of the Northeast Baptist Conference in Marlborough, MA since 1997. He has a M-Div from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He joined the Board in 2000.
	Mark Johnson, Vice President of Development Klingberg Family Centers Mark Johnson, of New Britain, is the Vice President of Development with Klingberg Family Centers of New Britain. He joined the Board in 2006. He and his wife belong to Wellspring Church in Kensington.
	Bruce Walpole Bruce Walpole, formerly from Canton, is a Professional Engineer. He and his wife recently moved to Michigan. Bruce joined the Board in 2002, and he has been the Chairman of the Board’s Building Committee.
	Victor Visockis, Jr., Partner NewWest Advisors, LLC Vic Visockis, of Newington, is a Partner for New West Advisors, LLC in Newington. He joined the Board in 2007. He and his wife attend Wellspring Church in Kensington.
