Residence Benevolence Fund

When residents move into Elim Park Place, this community becomes "home for life." We take pride in the fact that our residents have no need to relocate outside of the Elim Park community once they make the important decision to come here.

Part of residency also means commitment to each other. The scriptures tell us to "bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). In fact, as we live together and share mutually in fellowship, meals and prayer, we are encouraged to provide for those in need.

The goal of the Residents' Benevolence Fund, therefore, is to make it possible for Elim Park Place residents to live independently in their apartments. The fund provides limited financial help with monthly service fees, enabling them to extend their residency.

The Residents' Benevolence Fund has been created for this purpose: to be there when our neighbors need help! Now we are asking you to offer a "helping hand" to help insure this goal can be met.

How does the plan work?

The Residents' Benevolence Fund is an endowment fund supported primarily by residents of Elim Park Place, their families and friends. The fund can be used to supplement monthly charges for Elim Park Place residents who demonstrate financial need. Applications are subject to Residents' Benevolence Fund committee approval.
