Memorial and Commemorative Giving

You can celebrate a significant occasion, remember a loved one, commemorate a milestone or recognize someone special with an honorary or memorial gift in their name to the Elim Park Memorial Fund. Your donation will honor your friends or loved ones and help sustain our community. We will gratefully acknowledge your thoughtful donation by notifying the person or family member you designate with a beautiful acknowledgement card
(no gift amount is disclosed).

Wall of Celebration

To create a permanent space of honor for significant memorial and commemorative gifts, we will be installing a Wall of Celebration along the entrance corridor in our East Wing Sub- Acute Care Center. Gifts of $175 or more will be recognized with a Metal Bronze tile that can share a special thought in memory, or honor of a friend or loved one.
