Short Term Rehab

For individuals in need of short-term, intensive rehabilitation after a hospitalization, surgical procedure, injury or illness, we offer a 30-bed, subacute rehabilitation wing. Key to these services is an interdisciplinary team of nursing, rehabilitation, recreation and social work professionals who work closely with the resident, their physician and family to create an individualized plan of care.

Our experienced staff provides a wide range of therapeutic services in an ultra-modern, spacious rehabilitation center, which includes homemaking and community re-entry training areas. Outcome studies show that a full 80 percent of our subacute and rehabilitation patients resume independent living in their own homes. For those who may need additional therapy after discharge, we also provide outpatient rehabilitation services.
