PASTRY CHEF ASSISTANT | Part-time position, including every other weekend
For State of the Art, premier retirement community in central CT. Candidate must have demonstrated high quality baking, pastry & presentation skills. Professional, dependable person w/ good communication skills, patience & creativity. Culinary degree preferred or equivalent related experience.

Director of Assisted Living Services | Full-time, salaried position
Elim Park is a premier, not for profit Continuing Care Retirement Community including 218 independent living apartments.

The Director position is critical to case managing and tailoring services, from nursing to homemaking, to residents in the privacy of their own apartments to oversee the clinical management of all assisted living services. Supervise a staff of approximately 40 employees including RNs, CNAs, homemakers, drivers and a scheduling coordinator. Strong leadership and decision making skills required. Participate as part of a strong, dedicated and active management team, in budget management, hiring, and orientation for new employees.On call required.. Position reports to the Director of Independent Living.

Qualifications:
BSN with a minimum of 2 years full time clinical experience in Nursing –minimum one year in home health care agency or community health program – geriatric experience preferred.
Or-
A diploma or ASN and 4 years full time or equivalent clinical experience in Nursing within past 10 years- 1 year in home health care or community health program- geriatric experience preferred.

Catering Waitstaff Positions Available
On Call positions for special events and catering functions- all shifts mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as weekends available. Hours available around your busy schedule. Friendly, supportive and enjoyable work environment.
Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking responsible, enthusiastic individuals for in house catering events. Three years of front of the house experience (hotels, banquet or restaurant) required. Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.

CNA | Several per diem positions
For Assisted Living Services. State of the Art, JCAHO accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community. Responsible, dependable, and able to work well independently. Safe and attractive environment!
