Volunteering

Elim Park has an active and diverse volunteer department. Currently, our volunteers range in age from fourteen years old through the mid-nineties. There are also parents and children under fourteen years of age working as teams.

We have a number of volunteer job descriptions. Time slots include day, evening and weekends. We also have special events and project volunteers.

Volunteers go through an application process, reference check, and orientation. We have a quarterly newsletter and four main social events each year.

Our Director of Volunteers, Allyson Palma, provides monthly education classes to any staff or volunteer interested in topics related to our mature population.
