Elim Park Place is the independent living component to our Continuing Care Retirement Community. Elim Park Place is located in the historic town of Cheshire; Connecticut and Nestled on thirty eight beautifully landscaped acres, in the shadow of Sleeping Giant Mountain, and tucked behind Cheshire’s residential neighborhoods. Elim Park Place is a collection of six New England style neighborhoods in a country setting, each beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, adding to the warmth and quiet elegance that makes Elim Park so unique. We currently have 218 independent living apartment homes and all these residences have been carefully crafted and offer numerous amenities to enhance an active and independent lifestyle. A wide spectrum of cultural and recreational activities is available for Elim Park Place residents to enjoy.

Since Elim Park Place is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, should your health care needs ever change, you can receive assisted living services within the familiar surroundings of your private residential apartment. Further peace-of-mind is provided by our on-site health care center, widely respected within the community, providing short and long term rehabilitation as well as skilled nursing care.

In addition to our six stunning neighborhoods, a newly constructed Fitness Center and Wellness Center with a gym and indoor pool, as well as a 300-seat performing arts center and worship center opened in 2008.
