Becoming a Resident Becoming a Resident

  • The best way to experience Elim Park Place is to visit in person. Schedule a visit and tour to see an apartment in one of our six neighborhoods. When you arrive, you will be met by a personal representative who will discuss your situation with you and answer any questions you have.
  • Come to one of our very enlightening open house information sessions and tours. While here, really look around and decide if the abundant life at Elim Park Place is for you.
  • Educate yourself about our Wait List and how to make a plan for your future. Ask for a financial prequalification form.
  • Select an appropriate apartment style and location. Fill out the Wait List Application and Confidential Data Sheet. Review all materials and documents.
  • Call your representative for an appointment to complete your Wait List Application.

Moving In

  • When an apartment that meets your needs becomes available we will make an offer to you. If you accept the offer, you can reserve your apartment with a 10% deposit. The balance of the entrance fee is paid at occupancy.
  • If are not ready to move in, you remain on the Wait List according to your date of application. Many prospective residents add their names to the Waiting List well before they are ready to move in, to assure themselves the opportunity to move in when they are ready in the future.
  • Waiting times vary by apartment size and neighborhood. Please call your personal representative to find the approximate waiting time for your apartment of interest.
