The best way to experience Elim Park Place is to visit in person. We invite you to visit and tour not only our campus but walk through several of our independent apartment homes in one of our six neighborhoods.
You may call 203-272-7550 to make a personal appointment or you can also attend one of our casual but enlightening Open House Events where were offer information sessions followed by tours and refreshments.
One of our retirement counselors will be happy to provide you with a brochure answer your questions and acquaint you with our retirement options.
Educate yourself about our services and amenities as well as current availability and our Waiting List.
Upon making the decision that Elim Park Place is the right choice for you, based on the service program, finances and your personal situation, you should complete financial and wait list application, in order to add your name to our wait listing list. Everyone on the wait list receives exciting and fun benefits immediately and while you are waiting for the apartment of you choice.

When an apartment that meets your needs becomes available we will offer it to you. If you accept the offer, you reserve your apartment with a 10% deposit. The balance of the entrance fee is paid at occupancy.
