Post-Acute Rehabilitation: For Short-Term Recovery

Our 30-bed rehabilitation wing is designed for individuals recovering from hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury. We provide intensive rehab tailored to meet the needs of each patient, with 24-hour nursing staff and a personalized care plan created by our interdisciplinary team.

Whether you are here for a short-term stay or outpatient therapy, Elim Park focuses on improving your health and independence. Our skilled team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, and family members working together to guide your recovery.

Elim Park is proud to offer SPEAK OUT!^® Therapy, a specialized speech program developed by the Parkinson Voice Project. This program helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease regain and retain their speech, while minimizing swallowing issues—a common concern for people with Parkinson’s.

This collaboration provides our residents with specialized services, including cardiology and orthopedic care, reducing the need for off-site appointments and ensuring seamless recovery.

We also integrate leading-edge technologies like ReDS™, a non-invasive device that measures lung fluid in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), and biofeedback technology in speech therapy to improve swallowing abilities and reduce the need for feeding tubes.
