Our team recently gathered to celebrate a truly meaningful milestone for the Elim Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center—and it’s one we’re incredibly proud to share. 🎉 In 2025, our Healthcare Center earned a 5-Star CMS Overall Rating for the majority of the year, achieved 5-Star Staffing for all 12 months, and was recognized as Best Short-Term Rehabilitation by U.S. News & World Report. These honors reflect the exceptional care, compassion, and commitment our team brings to our community every single day.
The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System evaluates nursing homes based on health inspections, staffing levels, and quality measures. A 5-star rating—the highest possible—means a facility performs “much above average” in all areas, offering a level of care that significantly exceeds the national average. For families exploring care options, this rating provides trusted, transparent insight and reassurance when making important decisions.
