Providing peace of mind to residents and their families
The Resident Benevolent Fund at Elim Park provides financial assistance to Elim Park residents whose assets have been depleted through no fault of their own and need assistance paying their monthly service fees. This fund is designed to help residents remain in their homes and avoid being forced to move out. Residents receive care privately, without fear of embarrassment. From 2021 to 2025, the Elim Park Foundation received over $100,000 in donations to the Resident Benevolent Fund from numerous residents, family members, and friends.
This fund is crucial for providing peace of mind to residents and their families, knowing they have support if needed. Said one recipient’s family member, “When Mom became ill and needed to move to Assisted Living, uncertainty and anxiety abounded. With all the concerns our family had to address, the existence of Elim Park’s Resident Benevolent Fund removed a major financial burden from our already full plate. For that, our family will always be most thankful.”
